Wrong tablets no Apology

On the 17/09/2020 send my script to Dis-chem Woodmead via email for my High Blood pressure pills, Lisinopril 20mg and Indapamine 2.5mg. I normally get my tablets from them every month. so this time they send me Adco- Zetomax 20mg instead of the Lisinopril, I thought they probably gave me that because they were out of stock of my normal prescribed pills, because that what they normally would do. so i only took them 3 times and started feeling itchy, I went to the doctor and eplained my problem he gave me some meds, I phoned dischem Woodmead and explained my issue, the lady that assisted me advised that i bring back the Adco- Zetomax 20mg and he will send someone to bring my Lisinopril which they did, My concern if what would have happened if i had became seriously ill from them giving me incorrect pills or died, would they have treated this matter as casual as they did. i spend my money to go to the doctor for a mistake that was done by them and I don't even get a simple apology form Dis chem.
