Wrong medicine

Last Thursday I butned with piping hot oil on my face and chest. The burns are bad and I needed a certain cream. I went to Dis-chem to get the cream. They told me that they didnt have that cream and gave me silver gel. I asked the lady 3 times is she sure that this will heal my wounds and she assured me it would. The sunday my burns are worse and in bad shape. I sent a msg to a friend that workes at a pharmacy about my burn wounds and the gel I got. She asked the pharmacist if the gel is right for my wounds and he said not even close. They needed to give me something with anti bacterial. He sais the gel just keeps it wet. It'snot working. How can a profetional give me such **** medicine. Its on my face and chest witch is very bad. Im not impressed. You think you will get the right meds and info. Im in so much pain.
