Wrong Medication from Dischem Northgate JHB

I had prescription from my Dr, I was called to come and collect my MEDS Dischem Northgate, when I arrive I found that my Meds was already packed. I took my Meds , late when I was just about drink my meds, I noticed that they gave the wrong MEDS and it was the wrong Name and Surname. I called the following day in the morning, I was told that the realized afterwards, my question was, why didn't you they calll me just to sensetise me? Imagine if I did not know my Meds and it was that time of loadshedding I shud have drank assuming that the medication is correct prescription? What if I ordered the Meds maybe for my mother who cannot read or it was for the first time to get that prescription? To cut the long story short I took the medication back I waited for more than an hour because they even charge the Meds to the wrong Medical Aid, not even the manager bother to come and apologize. I left I decided to lodge the complain to the Head office, that's when I got a call from the manager for an apology, and I was told the lady was a trainer but she was not supervised and she get a warning. I am so traumatized and shocked can you imagine if I took the Meds or if it was for mother, what could happen , my mother is Diabetic I alway buy Meds from Dischem Northgate, if maybe am dead or who ever I bought the medication drink and died. I am the bread winner at home this is still in my head that maybe shud be sick or dead. . I end up getting a cheeky call from this white lady to say we apologize what more do you want us to do, with an attitude. Black life matters and family and my life matters, and i was told not to take this to the Media, the was no remorse at all. I am still so traumatized about this especially if I bought this for my mom she drink and died, the family was going to think that I killed my mother purposely. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS. DISCHEM I am so disappointed in you.
