Wrong Medication dispensed

I am very disappointed in the service I received at the dischem greenstone shopping center branch, I went there to get assisted with a swollen e***lottis that I even showed the lady assisting me, she recommended the andolex c oral gel.

I took the gel and went to use it, after using i started getting an irritation and when i check online they advice NOT to use andolex c oral gel as it isnt meant for this condition. I went back to the branch to ask for assistance as I was given the wrong medication, I googled their return policy and they do offer refunds in case of wrong advice or medication dispensed however at this branch i was told because i have a swollen throat they cant refund me because andolex also treats that, however i do not have a swollen throat i have a swollen e***lottis and worse part the andolex irritated it and made it worse.

I was advice to keep the medication and that i will need it one day as it does help with a lot of things and that i should see a dr, while i appreciate that i need a refund as they gave me the wrong medication.
