Wrong medication dispensed

I received a call on 22 June 2015 from Nisha , who claimed that she was calling from your Call Centre. She was calling me regarding my Chronic meds.<br> <br> On Thursday, 25 June I went to collect my meds and wrong Novorapid pens which was dispatched was incorrect and only three pens were dispatched. The needles were not dispatched at all and I am now left with only two needles. The lady who assisted me changing the needles was very much helpful and so kind.<br> <br> My biggest problem is what was going to happen should I have just taken the meds without checking what was dispatched?<br> <br>
