Wrong medication

So a few weeks ago my Dr prescribed new medication which I did not know how what should look like…I was given attitude by the dispenser when asking questions and weeks later (yesterday) I went to a different dischem to collect my medication only to find that the medication that I was given wasn’t there same and this was because I was given the wrong medication the last time I collected my medication. I’ve been a loyal customer to the store however this last incident was the last straw…what if the medication killed me?
