Wrong dosage

I went there in Centurion Mall on 26/5 to buy my repeat prescription which are Tegretol CR 400 & Epitec 100. The next day (27/5) I saw the pharmacist assistant gave me the Tegretol CR 200 instead. I unfortunately couldn't return it or phone them, so I sent an email @ 11h14 to ***. I explained matter to them and asked what I must do. It is about 14 hrs later and haven't received a reply yet. This is bad customer service and I'm disappointed in Dischem.
