Worst staff in Newton Park

The biggest rip-off, arrogant employees exploiting pensioners. My mom bought an electric blanket a month ago and it broke. (It has a 6month guarantee) When she went to return it, the refused because apparently she didn't bring the box it came in (which it never came in)

They were rude, had no respect and treated her like a ********. She had the slip which she presented but they didn't want to assist her. The laughed in her face and told her the refuse to assist her. I will make sure to never buy from Dischem anymore, nor my family, friend or my employees. This behaviour and business practice is unacceptable.

Is this how they treat all pensioners? Why don't they exchange a product that is returned within the warranty period with a slip? Why would anyone buy a product from this store if this is how they treat their customers and deal with q broken item. Shocking!
