Worst service I ever received

So I went to Dischem Krugersdorp clinic for a Multiply assessment and an HIV test when I got there it was 16:40 and they close at 17:00 yet they told me they would not be able to assist me I then asked for a store manager Michael came who is a supervisor and was busy defending them .I demanded that I get assisted .the lady who was assisting was careless she was just doing it like it’s a favour we didn’t even talk while she was busy with the assessment and tests then she gave me a bill and didn’t give me my test results for HIV how careless. When I got to the till I told them I was not gonna pay for consultation cause no consultation was done .Michael was called again he came and started making excuses for them and then he brought the results by the tills where I was paying …I was so shocked that those people don’t care about confidentiality of a patient I have never felt so disrespected and they just didn’t care …I refused to pay for that nonsense they call service and then Michael told me he will bill me for the results either way and I will end up owing Dischem.the sister was there and she didn’t even care to call me into her office to give me my results properly cause she was in a hurry and the attitude was also on another level .the sister that was assisting me is Neo Mohono. I set there and they ignored me then at 17:00 they switched off the lights and said they were leaving who does that at work ? The receptionist was also a part of it she told me that the clinic was not an emergency clinic and that the nurses are her bosses so that is why she can’t assist me ..I mean if they hate thei jobs so much and wanted to leave early the least they could have done was to say the receptionist must do the admin part while the nurse was chilling doing nothing!
