Worst service from the management

I reedemed my points for a Dis-chem R106 voucher,I ended up using half of that because I wanted to buy the future life cereal which was advertised as on promotion even though you had run out of the free shakers.I have been in contact with them for almost a month now and gave them all the details yet my issue hasn't been resolved,no one has even bothered to contact me.
