WORST SERVICE EVER AT DISCHEM CRADDLESTONE

Dischem Craddlestone Mall, Receptionists provide the worst service ever on the phone. I tested for Covid on the 29th and all I have requested is they send me a detailed Invoice to show I paid so that I can send it to my medical aid. I am still waiting. Its been a week. The phone is ringing you hold 30 minutes before you can speak to someone that is not going to help at all. They take your details and do nothing about them. Dischem carlswald provides the best service and we are all in pandemic but they are very efficient and trustworthy!!!
