Worst service ever!

The pharmacist, AJ, at the Kenilworth Dis-chem has the worst customer service skills in the entire Dis-Chem network. I recommend that he goes on training or that he chooses a completely different career path because he doesn’t know how to ensure that client needs are met. I suggested that he gets on the phone with Haasendal to confirm that the script has been loaded but refused to do this today. We had a very infuriating experience today, and are now discouraged from ever stepping foot into this Kenilworth Dis-Chem ever again.
