Worst Service Ever

I purchased a purifying kit I had it for a few weeks and the light stoped working i asked my wife to take it back for repairs/swop instead they gave my wife a voucher of R697.00 because they had no stock i left the slip in the box of the item. I took the voucher from my wife and went to the store myself unfourtunately i never found anything i needed or wanted of the value and ask if i could get my money back one of the sales rep pointed me in the direction of the manager Mr Thomson i approached him with a greeting he rep**** hi an carried on with what he was busy with i explained to him my situation he said sorry i cant help you (without actknowledgement) they told me i needed to bring the slip then they would refund me i rep**** that the slip was in the box when my wife brought it in the first time then he walked away. Honestly i dont know what the managers job is if he cant even help me with a small situation like that and give me a reason why and howcome he was unable to help me. i honestly feel never to purchase from that branch again and ill tell my freinds and family what **** services Dis-chem Blur Route offers.
