worst health provider ever! no systems in place, staff does not know policies and procedures!

i have to report this to the FSB and CMS! i cannot go on like this anymore!

no proper systems in place, everyday they give me inconsistent replies.

money is deducted from accounts for which account details are not provided at all. i have never provided this account details to you. i don’t know who gave it to you

i leave messages over and over but nobody calls me

i have left number messages for managers to call me but to no avail

i have left numerous messages for your CEO to call me but to no avail

i have left numerous messages for your marketing manager to call me but to no avail

your service is extremely bad and pathetic

i want your CEO to call me

if i’m not available then you can call me again until you reach me

alternatively leave your number in order for me to call you

i have spoken to Palesa this morning: requested that someone calls me: i’m still awaiting….
