Worst service Dischem online

I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service I received from D-****. I placed an online order for store collection the night b4, only to arrive and find that my order wasn’t even processed. To add to their incompetence according to my invoice I was gonna get gifts with the order only to be told that it was a system error my purchase doesnt qualify for the gift.. I mean what the hell is click and collect for, if I am going to wait over an hour for an order I placed online. The store manager refused to speak to me I am never shopping at Dischem ever.🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
