Worst service and experience at Dis-chem skin Salon Raslouw Centurion

Dis-chem Skin Strategy Salon Raslouw is the worst Salon ever , with Stuff that are lazy and has many excuses and just waste your time. I had a Booking for this past Saturday the 5/09/2020 Because I received a Voucher from Dis-chem for a 30 Min Back & Neck Massage , I was told by the booking agent to be there at 9:50 as my Booking was for 10am , I got there at 9:45 , they sanitized my hands but did not take my Temperature , One of the The****** cleaned a Chair and said I can sit while I wait for the Receptionist to assist me as I told them that I had a voucher and made a booking, the Receptionist was on a call when she was done she assisted other walk in Clients Before assist me making me wait until 10:20 , eventually she hands me forms to fill and I stated that I cannot fill in the temperature section as no one has taken it, she said ok went back to her Desk, the The****** comes and I tell her take my Temperature, we than processed to the Therapy Room already it being 10:35 - 10:40, as we walking the The****** says to me "YOU KNOW I KEEP TELLING DISCHEM TO GIVE THESE VOUCHERS AFTER THE LADIES GIVE BIRTH AS IT IS BETTER YOU CAN LAY ON YOU TUMMY, WHY DONT YOU COME BACK AFTER GIVING BIRTH AS THE VOUCHER IS VALID FOR 12 MONTHS" I said well that isn't an option for me as I need this today and besides my voucher will be expired as it is only for 6 months.

I than fill out another form asking me for the voucher details and health details and if I had Botox done, I filled out the details and state the Medication I am Currently on, which is Clexane and Progesterone to maintain a healthy Pregnancy, she asks me what is that for I state its to keep my Blood Thin, As I have a Genetic Gene Called Factor 4 laden , she looks confused, I than state that its a Gene where I could produce blood cloths but I have never had a blood cloth, she than says or like DVT I say yes something like that but I have never had this and I only use these medications when I am Pregnant , she says ok Write DVT under chronic Conditions , I say but I have never had that so how can I write that she says its fine she will explain that at the back of the page, she says on the back that I think that I don't have cloths etc and made me sign before we could start, she than pauses and says I would rather not massage you as massaging blood flows, I tell her that I always go for Massages and my Doctor said that I can get Massages the last I had a Massage 8/08/2020 at a 4 star Hotel and I told them about my condition and there was no issues , she says ok choose a side you would like lay and remove you top , I will be back shortly.

I Lay on the bed for 15-20mins waiting with a towel on me, the The****** than comes back and tells me I spoke to my Manager and she said that I cannot do your Massage you must return when you give back she will speak to head office to extend my Voucher, I said to her I really need the massage and ive told you I do not have Dvt or any cloths my Doctor has said I can have Massages , she says Oh than you should have brought a Doctors Note, she refused to help me and walked out, I than Dressed and walked out asking to speak to the Manager I explained to the Manager The situation and the The****** shows the manager the paper where I wrote DVT I explained that I was told by the The****** to write DVT on the Form as she doesn't didn't understand what is Factor 5 , they refused to listen to me. I am Pregnant and to be given this kind of treatment by Dis-chem Stuff is truly unacceptable really, being Pregnant is not easy , and having to wait and wait and than told take of your cloths and IL be back to massage you and you still wait and wait is not acceptable , Does Dis-chem give this Vouchers as a publicity Thing to gain attention and show they Give back to there Customers but when you actually want to use these Vouchers they get this Treatment from Dis-chem stuff , its like from the get go when I said I have a voucher from Dis-chem for a massage I was thrown at the back of the Bus and wasn't given a Damn about, its like they are told to make people with Vouchers annoyed so they can leave and not use the Voucher, This is Unacceptable service and especially to Pregnant Ladies, I really didn't appreciate the service and treatment I received and want this to be dealt with accordingly .
