Worst service

I had a worst experience ever at Dischem Westwood Mall. I had a voucher from Baby Soft Supreme Quilts for R30.00 which I tried to use at this store. The cashier (119637, N. Dlamini) advised me that she was unable to scan the voucher. She then called someone else which I assumed was the supervisor, and this lady told me to sort it out with Baby Soft, as they are unable to scan the voucher on their system. she further told me that they have been encountering the same problem the previous day but still they have not done anything to resolve it. They seemed not interested at all to help as the customer, so I ended up paying the full price. I feel cheated and ****** by Dischem for their *********** staff. I feel they should have contacted their head office and reported this, instead of asking me as a customer to deal with it myself. This kind of service is the worst and unacceptable, Dischem have lost me as a customer.
