Worst service
Maponya mall branch took my repeat prescription and claimed it was captured on the system and I could collect anywhere. Since then everytime I try to collect my prescription, I'm told it is not on the system. The Glen mall branch at least tried to assist by calling the other branch even though I didn't end up leaving with my prescription. The Centurion branch assistant just told me to call the branch myself and sent me off. Every month I go through this and regret going to Dischem to begin with😥

29 May 2025, 08:26A very kind lady named Nqobile from Dis-chem Maponya mall called to assist me. She made several calls to different branches to make sure they are able to pick up my prescription. She then called me several times to update me. I am truly humbled by the effort.
