Worst pharmacist ever

I am very disappointed with this dischem 2 days in a row, the first day which was yesterday I was coming back from the hospital to go fetch my Epilim medication stood on a queue for more than 30 mins only to be told I had missing documents whilst I have a letter from my medical aid showing my prescription and letter of authorization of my meds and my ID card , but was turned away cause they told me it was my first time and I need a script from the doctor. ok I went back to the doctor got the prescription letter and went back today, but I had forgot my ID card but had a copy and all the relevant documents, but yet again I was turned away after standing in a queue for an hour at dischem jabulani mall, this not being my first incident with them which I never reported thought I should give them a chance but I see now it was a waste of my time and energy. I got assisted at CLICKS jabulani mall with the documents I had. I am very disappointed and will not be going back any time soon. or ever again
