Worst online shopping

I placed an online order and I am very dissapointed in how my order was handled. I ordered soft lips lip balm raspberry flavour because it was in stock, and also Ariel Downy liquid soap then someone from Dischem Secunda phoned me and said mam this lip balm flavour they dont have stock and same story with the liquid soap. I ordered these specific items for a reason. So they asked me if the vanilla flavour lip balm would be okay, so what choice did I have to take it because I mean I already paid for my order. The items I ordered were previously packed nicely in boxes this time it was just thrown into a plastic bag like on the picture attached. How can Dischem advertise they have something in stock and let me pay for it and then after that phone me and say sorry we dont have that items in stock, but we can replace it for you with something else?? This is the worst service I've ever got from Dischem. I will take this further and I will post this on hello peter as well. Dischem is an utmost **** place to do shopping at.
