Worst online shop ever!!

What pathetic service delivery!! I really don't know why the online shop exist because clearly the do not have the man power to manage it, my order was cut off in the middle of it because of a power failure, when I logged in again after the power failure my order together with the Loyalty Benefits just disappeared into thin air, the one time I did manage to get a hold of the care line I was advised that my Loyalty Benefits will be returned to my online profile the next day, which is still to happen and it is already a week later. I do a lot of online shopping and this is a first! There is absolutely no answer on their telephone lines and emails to them are just ignored. Terrible Terrible Service!!!!!
