Worst medical insurance. They have multiple numbers when you call their call centre. On Friday the 13th their call centre was closed. No way to get authorisations. Called after on the 14th and they said no you can send through to reclaim. After submitting all documents they come back and say rejected as no authorisation was given. The worst provider.
