The doctors and nurses and the dischem branch staff are phenomenal but dischem is not suited for insurance at all. Kaelo and Prime cure are just in it for the money.

I had an emergency with my mom where I thought I would lose her and was treated like a number.

Your call center team do not care about the actual lives on the other end of the phone and keyboard and that has been disappointing in so many ways.

Would not recommend their insurance product to anyone. Very amateur, rather go with known insurance companies.
