Worst Dischem!
<p>Sick and tired of Dischem Ballito - they are constantly "out of stock" of items - we have walked out of this store many times without being able to get goods on our lists and we are done with this Dischem. Essential items such as certain adult diapers and wet wipes and first aid items that are important and essential and many other products - their stock phrase is "Out of Stock". We so often find that when there is an item not available they just fill up the shelves with other sizes or products so they look full but the products are wrong. I have been caught in this way many times - paying for something I actually didnt want but took from a shelf that had something wrong in it. Their system of stock replenishment needs major reviewing and staff definitely need training. However it is just impossible shopping there anymore!</p>

08 Aug 2016, 04:51Apparently Dischem thinks they are above responding to a customer's complaints or issues - no reply no response and still no stock of products needed. But hey ho such is the level of non service in this company--- off I go back to Clicks or many of the other pharmacies who offer decent customer service.
