Worst Customer services ever experienced

Poor customer services from Lee Ann Parker. She made me feel out of place as I told cashier that what I saw on shelf differs from system and we both checked ( tellers name is Dezlyn ) went to check took off both tickets regarding item and the supervisor Lee Ann just couldn't sort out the problem I was told to pay full amount for something which was placed on wrong shelf label which is okay but the manner in which it was handled and I was just told to unfortunately pay full amount for something was falsely advertised on shelf. I don't know what happened to customer services and putting the customer first
