WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DURBANVILLE WELLINGTON ROAD DISCHEM

I have never been so humiliated like I have just been in the Dischem Durbanville store. I came in to buy 3 items. I had a voucher I wanted to use to the value of R100. I paid and the teller said I still owe 95cent because the total was R100.95. I kindly asked if I could get an other item to add so I don't end up swiping my card for only 95cents. She refused and said she can't override it now I need to find the 95cent or pay with my card. I politely asked if a manager could be called because perhaps they could assist. Two managers arrived and not one of them knew what to do- instead they just stood there looking at me. I felt so embarrassed I literally tipped my whole wallet out to search for 95 cents with a whole line of customers waiting. An other customer next to me finally gave me R2 to pay my 9cents. How unhumane to act this way? You should do better as a company and as human-beings.
