Worst customer service

Since Wednesday my prescription was supposed to be delivered to my house on Thursday I received a statetement from my account that it's already debited called to very rude consult at Tambotie they said tomorrow morning it will be delivered I since waiting couldn't even go to my partners funeral due to the migraines and no call no nothing
