Worst customer service

Dischem Platinum Park Polokwane has the worst service ever. Today they pharmacist gave me wrong medication, then horror started when I wanted return it. I had to explain to about 7 people. Then suddenly I was sent from manager to cashier, manager to cashier. Until I ended up deciding to leave the medication in the store without refund then they decided to help me.
