Worst Clinic Sister

I went to Discem Sirtari on a Saturday without an appointment. I went and ask the receptionist if I'll be able to the see the sister for my family planning. At the time the sister was busy and I waited patiently for her to finish. Please bare in mind I already asked when is the next appointment coming and that time already past,no appointment come.... The receptionist nervously went and ask the sister if she would see me. She came out saying the sister would not see me. I asked I could talk to her. I stood in the door ,I kindly said I would wait for her appointment to come and go and she said it's fine,there after all hell broke loose. She told me not to wait because I have an attitude and she would be doing me a favour to see me and and and. The worst possible place to go! This is not my first time incounter this bad service at this specific clinic. The second incharge could not even do anything. How sad . This is not a free service she provides which she think she is giving. I am a paying customer. Discem provides this service , she should not even be in that position with her horrible sticky attitude and how she treats people. I will never ever sit foot again in that discem together with my family and I will tell everybody how I was treated. Sies! Call yourself a healthcare work! Go to school again and start over. Tell customer they have an attitude just because you are LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
