Worst and Disgusting service at Dis-chem Meadowdale Mall.

Was humiliated at Dis-chem Meadowdale Mall 27/01/2025. Security pulled us with my friend after paying at the till as we were leaving the store. And were told we stole an eye medication. No medication was found in our items, the footage didn't show us holding any eye medication or medication for that matter. Never been this humiliated, people staring at these two black *******. We were told to keep quiet and not make a scene when we were questioning this nonsense we were being subjected to. I always shop at Dis-cheme stores never been followed around by security just because am black. Didnt know that we black will be subjected to such treatment as customers. Management only offered a weak apology after going through the footage and there was no proof of us taking, holding and medication. Disgusting service.
