Worst after sales experience EVER!!

Bought a Nebzmart nebulizer on 15th September, it cracked and basically disintegrated after one use within an hour of purchase. I returned it to the store, they replaced the part that had broken into pieces. I went home, used the nebulizer with the new part, the same part cracked during use. I returned the nebulizer to Dischem on 16th September and now they don’t want to refund or even replace. They have essentially sold me a clearly substandard product, and won’t take accountability for this. My engagement was with Dischem, and now I am told about a supplier, who didn’t take my money - Dischem did!!! They have essentially ****** my money!!!
