Woodmead Centre Branch Service Decline

Subject: Feedback — Woodmead Centre Branch

The Woodmead Centre branch has been a problem for years. Calling is useless and there’s never any communication about repeat prescriptions, so I don’t waste time waiting for SMS updates that never come.

Today I needed to know when my current script expires but was expected to queue just to get that information. I’m not calling again. A Clicks has opened nearby, so I’ll be taking my business there.
