wonderboom disgusting service!!

My sister just fell at the di-chem in wonderboom and the manager did not even have the decency to apologise. There a puddle of water randomly and they have the nerve to just say "We"l wipe it off". This fall can have serious consequences!!! As a manager, the least you can do is sympathise. I have lost all hope with humanity! I'm absolutely disgusted!
