Will never buy from dischem ever

I checked on dischem website that they had a specific gel that i needed.i ordered it online as the store closest to me didnt have.i get a call from the lady from the fourways branch telling me that they dont have stock,i asked her to get it from a different store and she said no store close by has the item.so i asked her for a refund.im sure i will wait almost 14 working days before i see that money.what really ****es me off is that the online store has it and if the stores cannot or don't stock then the website should specify online only.this is my 1st and last time i will ever buy or attempt to buy anything from dischem and i will make sure friends and family know about the **** service they provide,no service whats so ever.
