Why are so few till points open on a Friday afternoon????

This afternoon, I went to Dis-Chem, Claremont, Cape Town, why were, out of 14 till points, why were only 4 till points open?, & a few of the staff at said till points, laughed at me, as if to say, how dare I complain about the ****ty service?, I asked to see the manager, Mark, I'm still waiting, & after about 10 minutes, I was so ****ed off, I walked out. How can you have so few till points open on a Friday afternoon?, hellopeter.com, this is definitely NOT a positive review, & this is definitely NOT the first time I'm complaining about this at the same Dis-Chem branch, how do I rate you less than zero stars?
