Who received my parcel?

So I made a purchase online, expected delivery on Thursday the 26th which never happened, had an emergency on Friday morning , fast forward got SMSs notifying that the drive is out to deliver my parcel, knowing that I was n longer available at my selected delivery address, I made contact with the delivery call centre and request a delivery reschedule to Monday , to my outmost surprise my parcel has been delivered but to who? I the recipient have not received any call from the driver, so who has my parcel?????????????
