WHERE'S THE TOP MANAGEMENT TEAM? WHO IS IN CHARGE? WHO IS GETTING RICH ON MY MONEY, WHILE DOING NOTHING TO EARN IT?
I hope that I am still alive when the management of this company - which offers delivery to customers as part of its service - is forced to go to court to explain why someone has died, while waiting for lifesaving, prescription medications to be delivered.
After a YEAR of extraordinary customer hardship, the CEO (and whoever else is pocketing the profits) the burden still rests squarely on the shoulders of individual branches when vehicles don't work, delivery people are away . . . It's insane, and I loathe being dependent on whoever the greedy monsters are!

OK.
So all I wish for the leaders of this company is that he/she shares with me the arthritis (and its close relative, GOUT) at the same time, with no delivery vehicle available to deliver the medications prescribed to ease the pain.
That's all.
Seems fair to me.
