WHERE IS MY MONEY BACK!?

I ordered from Dis chem on 25/05/2020. 2 orders were placed. One was large, and partially received, with a note that I would be reimbursed the almost R1000.00 for the goods not delivered. It is now many weeks later, and despite emails following up i have not yet received my money. These are challenging times and that is a LOT of money. I am trying to call your call center, but have been on hold now for almost 30 minutes, and yesterday the same. Order 2 indicates handed over to RAM, but when I track they have NO record of this, so what is going on there? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME AND PAY MY MONEY BACK!
