Baby Bag Program is now a ****. I've shopped enough to get bag, all of sudden I'm told rules changed to what I was told. I must now ONLY buy baby essentials. They can keep their bag. They front desk lady point blank told me doesn't know that rules changed, she went on the phone with someone then that's when she found out too.
