Westwood Branch = No Service Delivery

I receive a call monthly from dischem to ask if they can have my husband meds delivered and every month I say yes please. This month I called because we where almost out of meds .... Requested a delivery and waited a week ... I called again and requested that they deliver because now we are out of meds .... Received a delivery the next day however they "forgot" the most important tablet. I called again they said they will drop off the same day but still no delivery. Called them the next day and a promise of delivery was made yet again and they failed to deliver again. It has now been 2 weeks of me trying to get Dischem Westwood to deliver these meds. If I wasn't so I'll I would have gone in myself. The Westwood branch has the most unfriendly pharmacy staff that I have ever met. You wait in extremely long lines at that store. They offer services and clearly cannot deliver. I will definitely be moving from dischem to a more competent pharmacy.
