Well done to Dischem Ballito Junction Branch!

In this day and age, where almost all reviews about businesses are negative, I thought I would actually use this platform to write a positive one.

I recently had an issue with a Vicks Humidifier that I had purchased at Dischem Ballito Junction branch and had since lost the receipt.

I called the store and spoke to the manager, Dudula, and explained my situation.

I was asked to go to the store so they could see the condition of the humidifier and what can be done. When I got there, they had managed to get a copy of my receipt and exchanged the non-functioning one to a brand new one.

The entire process was so seamless and it gave me much pleasure to have someone do their work with a smile on their face.
