Well done Dis-Chem!

I recently placed an online order with Dis-Chem. When the package arrived a refill sachet of body wash had burst and some of it had run out over the bottom of the box. I immediately sent an email to the Customer Careline with pictures. Early the next morning I received a phone call apologising for the incident and offering a full refund for the product, which I accepted. The efficiency and customer service that I have always received from Dis-Chem is outstanding. It is a pleasure to use their online service.
