We have been with Dischem Strubenvalley for many years, but for the past few months it has become a nightmare dealing with them

We have been with Dischem Strubenvalley for many years, but for the past few months it has become a nightmare dealing with them. I refer to the despensary of this Dischem and also their call centre. They mess up the scripts, don't have the medicime ready after pho ing them to get it ready or when the call centre call me to get the medicine ready and i go in to the Strubenvalley branch,no medicine was packed. They don't include all medicine as per the script and i have to spend a lot of money on the phone to try and get hold of someone who can help me. Today again, they messed my husband's chronic medication up again.. i called them before 9 and i was promised to be called back. It is now 12:28 and i am still waiting for the call. I tried calling them as well now at 12:15 but no answer... I am seriously thinking of moving back to Clicks.
