Wasting Customers time

I went this morning to do my medical check for Vitality. I had no appointment I sat there for 40min and when I went in the nurse told me she cant help me she have other appointments. Why cant you have the decency of asking people there what they want so you can tell them sorry but you cant help them. You waste my time
