Waste of time at medication counter

When will they get more staff at the medication counter. People don't have the time to stand and sit waiting for so long to be assisted. Don't understand why there is 8 counters but mostly 1 person or if your lucky 2 persons working. It takes an hour to be helped. It's ridiculous really.
