Waste of time

I have tried to get through to Dischem Brackengardens Brackenhurst. The switchboard person just puts me through to the dispensary. This pharmacy is well known for not answering the telephones or just dismissing a person on the main switchboard.

I have lodged a complaint with Head office on an email and been assured that this would be sorted out where my reply was this would never be sorted out which it hasn't.

I tried head office this morning to go through to customer services and it kept being engaged. Dischem Brackengardens is really a horrible branch the telephones don't exist for them the telephone manners don't exist at the switchboard. I be tried using them many times but I would rather go all the way to Bedford centre to do my business. All I wanted this morning was to speak to the sister. I could be on the phone all day.
