Waiting time
Visited Dischem pharmacy in East London, Hemingways, for contraceptive; on the 2nd February 2021. Sat and waited for assistance by the clinic sister for (currently) 20min,everyone I ask about the service tells me the sister will be with me shortly. And when I got here there was someone queuing for the clinic services as well. I have not seen anyone come ask if they can assist. Another lady that works here told me the waiting time is long here. And I told her only in East London, as I've used their clinic service in Port Elizabeth at the Baywest mall and they had fantastic service.

04 Feb 2021, 15:34Another thing that shocked me here, how much I had to pay for the contraceptive. How is it that 2 Dischem in the same province charge 2 different prices for the exact same service. Last year in March I used Dischem in Baywest in Port Elizabeth for my contraception and I paid R50 and it was my first visit to them. In this instance, I was charged R130 for consultation and R68 for the injection...in East London. Please anyone explain this to me.
