Waiting on baby bag and on a call for the lady that was helping us

We went to dis Chem Westgate in Roodepoort. We have app**** for the dischem loyalty card. The reason for this was we wanted to get the baby bag. We have spent over r1800 and was advise they will call us when the beg Wil be delivered. No one called us or telling us what is going on. First we had problems getting the loyalty card activated now the baby bag. If you advertise a baby bag you should have this things in stock.our baby is due any time and we counted on dis Chem.
