Waiting for refund payment - almost two months

On 14 April I ordered good online to the value of R1875. Some of the goods ordered were out of stock and I was told I would be refunded R239.95. On 12 My I brought this to their attention via Careline as they were not answering any of their call centre lines. On 14 May I received a response, someone will contact me. On 21 May I emailed Careline stating I still had no contact. 26 May again I emailed stating I had received no contact - This is unnacceptable - I am waiting for my refund of R239.95 and would appreciate this to be sorted out asap.
