Very upset customer

I order medication for Dis-chem Sunward Park this morning at 06:49 for delivery.. I got a reply at 08:55 that my medication will be delivered... I received the sms that stated the driver has my parcel.. just before 13:00 today.. At 16:13 I asked Dis-chem where is my medication they said the medication is with the driver.. it is now 18:05 and I have not received my medication.. Dis-chem Sunward Park is now closed and I am stuck without my inhaler that I ordered.. I didn't even receive a call regarding my parcel.

This is completely unacceptable.. I worked for Dis-chem for 10 years and this is the service customers get..
